ITW Performance Polymers has acquired Schnee Morehead Inc., a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants for the construction and aerospace industries. Schnee Morehead sells approximately 320 products under the trademarks of Tacky Tape, Acryl R, Permathane and Pro Installer. The company manufactures various butyl products, solution acrylics, urethanes, water based and heat applied adhesives, silicones, and foam tapes globally.

The company provides packaging ranging from cartridges to 200 liter drums for applications in the door and window, metal building, recreation, vehicle, and aerospace industries.
