Pulp and Paper   Petrochemical   LNG   Utility   Mining   Cement Manufacturing   Steel Manufacturing       PROBLEM SUMMARY : Worn conveyor belt   SOLUTION : Devcon’s Flexane High Performance Putty 15330 was used to repair this coal conveyor belt system. The repair area was abraded using an end grinder and wire wheel and chemically cleaned using Devcon’s Cleaner Blend 300 19510. The area was next primed using Flexane Primer FL 20 15985. After 30 minutes time Flexane High Performance Putty was applied rebuilding the damaged area and providing protection against abrasion, gouging and impact.
