SOLUTION |

Devcon’s Brushable Ceramic 11760 (Red) and 11765 (Blue) was used to rebuild this floatation cell. The surface area was sandblasted to a SP5 white metal finish and chemically cleaned using Devcon’s Cleaner Blend 300 19510. A primer coat of Brushable Ceramic Blue was applied. After one hours time a final coat of Brushable Ceramic Red was applied to provide a smooth protective barrier against corrosion, abrasion and erosion. |

Devcon’s Brushable Ceramic 11760 (Red) and 11765 (Blue) and Wear Guard Fine Load 11470 was used to rebuild this tar sands pump casing. The surface area was sandblasted to a SP5 white metal finish and chemically cleaned using Devcon’s Cleaner Blend 300 19510. A primer coat of Brushable Ceramic Red was applied. After one hours time Wear Guard Fine Load was applied filling and protecting the most severely worn areas. After one hours time a final coat of Brushable Ceramic Blue was applied encapsulating the Wear Guard and providing a smooth protective barrier against abrasion. |
